Each May, Holland, Michigan transforms into a vibrant canvas of color and culture during the Tulip Time Festival. For me, this celebration is more than just a floral showcase—it's a cherished tradition. From walking downtown with friends, tossing a frisbee in the park, sipping coffee and smoothies, to visiting Cherry Republic, the festival is a sensory delight. One of my favorite views during the festival was from Riverview Park located beside Window On The Waterfront, right beside the Macatawa River. From the park’s overlook, we admired Windmill Island across the swampy waters—a tranquil scene framed by nature and rich with nostalgia.

It was one of those serene mornings in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula—the kind where the fog hangs low, the air smells like pine needles and possibility, and you start to believe nature might just be your best friend. I was at Oswald Bear Ranch, camera in hand, hoping to capture something special for my puzzle line. I didn’t expect to stumble into a scene that looked like it was straight out of a Disney movie… or a bear survival guide.

There’s something magical about waking up early, packing your gear, and heading into the heart of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. On a quiet summer morning, I drove my red Jeep Wrangler up winding roads through the Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park, chasing a moment I hoped to capture — one that would later become a centerpiece of my MI Puzzles collection.

This iconic structure, also known as the Houghton–Hancock Bridge, serves as a vital link between the cities of Houghton and Hancock, bridging the waters of Portage Lake and the Keweenaw Waterway.

Lake Michigan, one of the five Great Lakes of North America, is a stunning natural wonder that captivates visitors with its vast expanse and serene beauty. Spanning approximately 1,640 miles of shoreline, Lake Michigan offers a diverse range of landscapes, from bustling urban areas to tranquil beaches and towering sand dunes.

A couple of years ago, I embarked on a photographic adventure that led me to one of the most breathtaking sights I've ever witnessed. This particular journey took me to Miners Castle, a stunning rock formation along the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, with the Northern Lights dancing in the background over Lake Superior. With a brilliant blue sky adorned with fluffy pink clouds, this picturesque scene has now been transformed into a cherished 500-piece puzzle.

With its white exterior and vibrant red window shutters and doors, this lighthouse is a sight to behold, especially against a backdrop of a cloudy blue sky.
